eSubstance Ltd trading as Ink (‘Ink’) has been selected by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (‘APEX’) http://apex.aero/ to produce APEX’s Media Platform consisting of: the APEX Editor’s blog (http://blog.apex.aero), APEX’s Airline Passenger Experience magazine issued six-times per year (both in print, online and via Apple and Android apps), the weekly industry APEX NewsDigest, the EXPO APEX NewsDaily publication and associated APEX social media channels.
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the APEX Media Platform (the ‘platform’). The platform is hosted and maintained by Ink. PLEASE READ CAREFULLY AND REVIEW THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS PLATFORM. As your use of the platform will indicate your acceptance of these terms, do not use the platform if you do not agree to be bound by these terms. We may periodically change the terms, so please check them from time to time as your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of any changed terms.

Unless you have given us specific permission, we will not sell or pass on information about you to any 3rd parties (except APEX).
Part of the platform may contain advertising & sponsorship. Advertisers and Sponsors are responsible for ensuring that all material submitted for inclusion on the ink-global.com web-platform complies with the relevant laws and codes. Ink will not be responsible for any error or inaccuracy in advertising and sponsorship material.
Ink does not guarantee that the functions contained in the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, that this platform or its server will be free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected even if Ink is aware of them.
Calls to and from Ink may be recorded for training, quality assurance or compliance.
These terms & conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes will be decided only by the English courts.
