VIDEO: Crystal clear thinking in aircraft cabin innovation on display at CCAs
Thinking outside the box for inside the cabin has become somewhat of a credo for aircraft interiors designers and manufacturers, which are working tirelessly to improve the passenger experience as well as airlines’ bottom lines.
Last month at the Crystal Cabin Award (CCA) ceremony at the Atlantic Hotel in Hamburg, six new products and concepts for aircraft cabins took centre stage from Almadesign, B/E Aerospace & Teague, C&D Zodiac, Lufthansa Systems and TTF Aerospace.
One day later, I was given the opportunity to introduce the awardees to the press, and ask some questions about their innovations. Here is a recording of the event.
