The annual TV Market Conference is underway in Brighton this week bringing together airlines, content service providers and content distributors as they showcase and review the latest short-subject movies and television series from around the world.
This afternoon’s education event featured some great sessions on Digital Media Developments, International TV Distribution and Trends in Kids TV by speakers from Contagious, Television Business International, Eurodata TV Worldwide and Turner Broadcasting International.
Day two of the annual APEX TV Market Conference was rounded off by a very enjoyable evening at the Palm Court on Brighton Pier – enjoying some traditional English fare – with great views of the waves breaking against the south coast – and a somewhat refreshing (nay – bracing) headwind!
Back by popular demand the TV Quiz Master, Andy Grant (Emirates), challenged the audience’s knowledge of international TV with a wide array of questions probing the often vague memories of TV shows past. Inflight Production’s team ‘Deep Fried Horny Molluscs‘ displayed their superior TV content knowledge to come in first place – scooping up a great selection of prizes.
