APEX

A ‘hat tip’ to Adam Williams, marketing director for digEcor, for coming up with this Twitter infographic for last week’s APEX 2011 EXPO.

Over to you Adam; “I was curious to see just how the industry (at least those using Twitter) responded to the 2011 Airline Passenger Experience Annual Conference and Exhibition last week. So I spent a little time analyzing the sentiment of tweets that used key phrases and hashtags. The time frame I looked at is Sept 15 – Sept 22. The results are compiled in the infographic below.”

Seems that the APEX EXPO members and attendees are starting to get onto the Twitter ‘band-wagon’ – lots more to do but a good start on our road trip into Social Media.

And in an unshameful return plug please take a look at Adam’s Airline Solutions Insider blog and email newsletter which always offer insight into the IFEC world with some entertaining comments to go with it – thanks Adam.

Whilst I’m at it – a shout-out to @sparksheet_apex for their entertaining tweets, images and blog from the APEX EXPO.

A definite improvement over last year’s #SM engagement at APEX. I can’t wait to see the tweets from next year’s event!
